According to Apple’s release notes, ‌macOS Big Sur‌ 11.2 addresses several bugs, such as an issue that could cause external external displays to display a black screen when connected to a ‌M1‌ ‌Mac mini‌ using an HDMI to DVI converter and a issue that caused iCloud Drive to turn off when you turn off the CloudiCloud Drive‌ desktop and document folders option.

Below are the full Apple release notes for the update:

– Modifications to Apple ProRAW photos in the Photos app cannot be saved
– CloudiCloud Drive‌ may turn off after disabling ‌iCloud Drive‌ Desktop Folders and Documents
– System preferences cannot be unlocked when you enter the administrator password
– The Globe key may not display the Emoji panel and Symbols when pressed

Although not mentioned in the release notes, one of the beta of 2macOS Big Sur‌ 11.2 removed a feature that allowed Apple applications to ignore third-party firewalls, security tools, and VPN applications. ‌‌MacOS Big Sur‌‌ 11 included a ContentFilterExclusionList that allowed Apple applications such as the App Store, Maps, iCloud, and more to bypass the firewall and VPN applications that users had installed.

These apps have been unable to filter or inspect traffic for some of Apple’s built-in apps, and functionality has been removed. Apple applications will now be compatible with VPN applications and will no longer be able to bypass firewalls and other security tools.
