Amazon: Retailer shares rose 1% in after-hours trading, following quarterly results that exceeded analysts ’expectations. Amazon reported earnings per share of $ 14.09 for revenue of $ 125.56 million. Analysts surveyed by Refinitiv expected a profit of $ 7.23 per share with revenue of $ 119.7 billion. The company also announced that CEO Jeff Bezos was stepping down, effective later this year.

Alphabet: Alphabet shares jumped 6% after tech giant reported better-than-expected results in the previous quarter. The company reported earnings per share of $ 22.30 for revenue of $ 56.9 billion. Analysts surveyed by Refinitiv expected a profit of $ 15.90 per share with revenue of $ 53.13 billion.

GameStop: Shares of the brick and mortar video game retailer continued to fall in trading after Tuesday’s schedule after a 60% drop in the regular session. Shares have fallen more than 70% this week as short-term trading unravels.

Chipotle: Shares of Mexican fast food chain fell 4% in expanded trading on Tuesday after the company missed analysts ’expectations of its quarterly earnings. Chipotle earned $ 3.48 per share, missing estimates of $ 3.73 per share, according to Refinitiv. Revenue matched estimates of $ 1.61 million.

Electronic Arts – Electronic Arts fell more than 5% in trading hours after publishing its earnings report. Earnings reached 72 cents per share, which was not comparable to the estimates. Electronic Arts grossed $ 2.4 billion, slightly more than Refinitiv’s forecast of $ 2.39 billion.

Amgen: The biotech company’s shares fell 1.5% in trading after hours, despite the publication of higher and lower quarterly results that exceed analysts ’estimates. Amgen reported earnings of $ 3.81 per share on revenue of $ 6.63 million. Wall Street expected earnings of $ 3.39 per share on revenue of $ 6.58 million, according to Refinitiv.
