Egan Bernal was confirmed in the Ineos team that will be at the Giro d’Italia 2021, which will run from May 8-30.

Bernal was going to take part in the 2019 Giro, but a fall and a collarbone fracture prevented him, he went to the Tour de France and won it.

“It seems like every time I think about competing in the Giro something happens, but I’m not going to let that play into my mind. I want to enjoy the race, it’s a race that I love it and I am very happy to focus on it, very motivated by the prospect of finally competing, ”he noted.
