Chick-fil-A will open in Bayamón and Carolina

Chick-fil-A, the American restaurant chain specializing in chicken, will open in late 2021 in Bayamón and early next year in Carolina.

The company selected Site Centers as the home for the first round of openings of its new restaurants in Puerto Rico.

“When Chick-fil-A first considered expansion in Puerto Rico, they quickly determined that Plaza del Sol in Bayamón and Plaza Escorial in Carolina were the perfect places. Both leases are already signed and we continue to work on additional locations in our portfolio. We are very pleased to welcome Chick-fil-A to Puerto Rico and RVI Shopping Centers, ”commented the senior director of leasing, Marielle de la Hoz, in written statements to the press.

The opening of the Plaça de el Sol restaurant is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2021 and the Plaça Escorial restaurant for the first quarter of 2022.

In recent months, the following stores have opened their first stores in Puerto Rico within the portfolio managed by Site Centers: Ximivogue in the Plaza de Sol; Duck Donuts and Heeretea in Deep River Square. Besides, Arby’s will open its first store on the island for the third quarter of 2021 in Cayey Square.

Other new stores include: Parfois, The New Age, Boost Mobile and The Fix in Sun Square, Venice Jewelry with its Pandora concept in Deep River Square, and Burlington and Dress My Tablet that opened in North Square . In addition, he joins the All Ways 99 list with his recently in Senyorial Plaza.

Meanwhile, a Plaza Escorial is located on Grand Way, Exentrix, Pizza To Go, Acai Express and Duck Donuts. At Walmart Square in Guayama: O-Go Play and First Bank. In Isabela Square opened Boost Mobile, Alberto & Co with the concept of Pandora and Triple S Life. And in the Plaza Fajardo will soon be added Grand Way and Fajardo Jewelry with Pandora.

For its part, Emotions Beauty was added to the Atlantic Square. Finally, All Ways 99, I Was Saved, and Rainbow have expanded the square feet of their existing malls into malls to expand the consumer offering.
