Original article (Thursday, February 4, 2021, 4:30 PM GMT): Nintendo has announced that it will continue to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Emblem of fire by hosting a special video starring various voice actors from past games in the series.
The video will be released on February 8, featuring a series of “sincere and in-depth discussions” with seven actors from the franchise’s history. The stars in question are Cherami Leigh (Caeda, Mae, Rhea), Chris Hackney (Boey, Quan, Dimitri), Billy Kametz (Ferdinand Von Aegir), Christian La Monte (Seliph, Roderick, Ignatz), Patrick Seitz (Fehnix), Xanthe Huynh (Eir, Marianne) and Ray Chase (Roy, Alfonse, Gaius).
Of course, the celebrations really started late last year, when Nintendo released a new version Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon & the Blade of Light, the first game in the series, on Switch. This game also saw a very beautiful Fire Emblem 30th Anniversary Edition physical release: It’s a shame it’s only available for a limited time.
