HEB president Scott McClelland said all stores in Houston are open except the Meyerland location. The rest of the stores will open from noon to five in the afternoon

Several stores in Texas closed due to the weather.
Raising Cane’s
The location in Westheimer, near Hillcroft, remains open. Long queues were reported.
Burger King
Some locations remain open. During lunch time, long queues could be seen in the car shop.
