The Biden team continues to make blatant lies about Trump’s vaccination plan

Why does the Biden team adhere to his ridiculous statement that “Trump had no vax distribution plan”?

Vice President Kamala Harris trotted it out in a weekend interview, insisting once again that the new administration “is starting from scratch” due to the failures of its predecessor.

Ha! After President Biden made a similar statement weeks ago, Dr. Tony Fauci, Biden’s chief medical adviser as Trump was, set the record: “We certainly don’t start from scratch because there’s activity in distribution.”

In other words, the coups administered before the end of Trump’s term not only magically found their own way in the arms of more than 16.5 million Americans.

Sure, Fauci points out that Biden is greatly increasing federal participation, but his plan is based on “amplifying” what Trump had already established.

Trump’s plan left control to the states, but it’s a reasonable choice, not the lack of a strategy. The feds partnered and delivered doses to pharmacy chains, set aside billions for vaccine distribution, established programs for residential residents and hospital workers, and provided a game book from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Disease Control and Prevention to guide state plans.

Under Trump, the United States fired millions, enrolled tens of thousands of private providers in the vax program, and organized a data collection system that includes all 50 states.

Reducing all these efforts to a “sad failure,” as Biden did, or absolutely “no national strategy or plan,” as Harris did, is completely wrong.

Nor is it clear that the bidenites’ approach is better: their obsession with racial “equity” in vaccinations, for example, is too likely to add paperwork and other complications, while holding them back.

The “no strategy” line seems designed to give the new administration a scapegoat ready if something goes wrong, which is both cheap and embarrassing.

Worse, it seems that Biden & Co. are looking to outdo Trump by insisting on blatantly false “facts”.
