Cecilia Moreno, Head of the Office for the Protection of Honduran Migrants (Oprohm), coordinated by the Undersecretary for Consular and Migration Affairs of the Chancellery, explained that from the first moment it became known of the tragedy the first actions to assist relatives, both in Honduras and in the United States.
