An old saying goes that ‘years do not forgive’, but in the case of Nolan Gould quite the opposite happens.
The American actor, who played Luke in the series ‘Modern Family’, shared a post on his Instagram account in which he shows his good physical condition.
Nolan, 22, spoke to ‘People’ magazine to share the reasons that led him to have a change of mindset and thus find new habits to improve his fitness.

During the interview with the environment, Gould mentioned that after he finished recording the last season of ‘Modern Family’ he took some time to rest.
“I had 6 months off, but now I feel it’s time to decide what I want to do with my career and one of the first things I did was have a change of‘ look ’,” he mentioned. ‘actor.
To achieve this, he started exercising with a personal trainer and also improved his eating habits.
“Every day I do an hour and a half of muscle strengthening, then I do cardio for 30 minutes and finish the routine with some exercises for my upper body,” Gould commented.
Besides, the actor complements this exercise routine with a diet consisting of vegetables and protein-rich foods such as fish, legumes (grains) and egg whites.

The change in Gould’s physical appearance is not just out of vanity.
