Raleigh, North Carolina – More people in North Carolina are receiving COVID-19 vaccines as the state continues to give the green light to more suppliers to meet increased demand. In addition, the state sees a large increase in doses sent here.
Some figures from the state vaccine allocation report:
- North Carolina sees a 23% increase in new first doses allocated by the federal government.
- New data from the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services shows that 2.3 million people have received the Pfizer or Modern COVID-19 vaccine through state-registered providers.
