Cardi B says cosmetic surgery has helped him overcome his insecurities

Cardi B claims that being successful and being able to afford cosmetic surgery has helped him overcome the insecurities of his childhood.

In an intimate chat with Mariah Carey for Interview magazine, 28-year-old Cardi talks about growing up in the Bronx and after her rise to fame that helped her transform her appearance after years of being harassed.
