Garner and Ruffalo’s new film The Adam Project has some weird parallels to 13 Going on 30, though this time they will play Adam’s parents (Ryan Reynolds).

The story follows Adam, who must travel back in time to visit his 13-year-old self to try to find his father to save the future.

Reynolds, Garner and Ruffalo star alongside Zoe Saldana, Catherine Keener and Walker Scobell, who plays 13-year-old Ryan.
