Shanna Moakler claims it was “just a complete accident” that she hit the “Like” button in an Instagram comment that dissented her ex-husband Travis Barker’s galpal, Kourtney Kardashian.
“Many times when I’m on my social media, I like the comments from all the fans,” Moakler, 45, told Us Weekly, adding that he didn’t even read the comment.
“I didn’t even know I liked him until the press picked him up and he was everywhere. It was just an unfortunate event, but I was definitely not trying to start a war on social media! ”
You’ll remember, or maybe, happily, no, that Moakler started this problem last week, when he liked a comment on his Instagram that said “Shhhhiiiii that’s so wide you don’t have anything. Travis downgraded the category,” in reference and Kardashian.
Barker, 45, and Moakler married in 2004 and separated four years later. They have two children: 17-year-old son Landon and 15-year-old daughter Alabama.
Moakler also offered an explanation for another post he shared on his Instagram story this week: “Stop complaining about your life,” it was said. “There are people who go out with your ex.”
“She was actually a different ex,” Moakler told us. “It wasn’t Travis and Kourtney at all.”
“Really, after all, I haven’t been with my ex-husband in over a decade,” she continued. “I have a boyfriend with whom I am super happy and I am happy [Barker] He found a girlfriend and a friend. He deserves to be happy too. I don’t want anything but the best for him and my children, that’s the most important thing for me. “
Moakler, however, did not address the suspicious moment of a post on Kardashian’s blog, Poosh, which was posted last week, titled “How to Break the Habit of Chasing Your Ex on Social Media.”
“Modern life has cursed us,” he said. “We are pursued by the radical accessibility of everyone we have met, connected or dated through a small device with which we maintain our person during all our waking moments.”
Blink-182 drummer Barker and Kardashian were official on Instagram earlier this month, just days after spending Valentine’s Day together.
