Billie Eilish talks about her romance with rapper 7: AMP and her eventual breakup in the new documentary: “I Just Wasn’t Happy”
Billie Eilish offers his legion of fans an unvarnished look at his personal life and the creative process behind his hit studio album on the new documentary, The World’s A Little Blurry, which came out Friday .
The document follows her from the last part of the recording of – When we all fall asleep, where do we go? – at the 2020 Grammys, where he won four trophies for six nominations at the tender age of 18.
The 19-year-old, who has largely maintained her life as a private partner, talks about his relationship with rapper 7: AMP (born Brandon Adams), 24, whom he calls “Q”.
At the beginning of the Apple TV + document, she can be heard telling Q that she loves him over the phone, but as she nears the end, Eilish breaks up with him.

As more is revealed, Eilish can be seen struggling to get Q while traveling, and again when he returns home to Los Angeles, where he also resides.
She would continue to break up with him during a conversation before taking to the stage to do a concert on Pier 17 in New York City.
I just wasn’t happy. I didn’t want the same things he wanted and I don’t think it’s fair to him, ”says the singer of Everything I Wanted.
“I don’t think you should have a super excited relationship for things that the other person couldn’t care less about.”

Trying to be honest with herself, Eilish explains how she didn’t think the state of their romance was “fair” to any of them.
“It simply came to our notice then. He literally said to me, “Dude, you don’t have enough love to love yourself, so you can’t love me, man. And you don’t. [laughs] You think so. “
With time to reflect on the disappearance of the relationship, he admits that he still loves Q.
I’m not about it, I didn’t find anyone else. I didn’t stop having love for him, ”he explains.

There is a scene in the document in which Eilish forgets the lyrics of one of his songs during a show at Coachella and calls out to Q, apparently for support. Before hanging up, he throws the phone to the ground in frustration, he reported Gent.
Q would continue to break his hand after hitting a wall, and Eilish reveals to a friend, ‘I’m trying to get her to go to therapy. It’s so self-destructive.
In another scene, he reveals that Q didn’t get him anything for Valentine’s Day, when asked about how they celebrated their lover’s vacation.
Eilish quickly gained fame after his popular song, Ocean Eyes, in 2015, when he was only 13 years old.
