Priyanka Chopra announces that she will open a restaurant in New York City: “I’m delighted”

Priyanka Chopra has announced that she will open a restaurant called SONA in New York City in late March.

The 38-year-old actress made the news public by posting a trio of images on her Instagram account on Saturday.

The former Miss World wrote a long message in the title of the message in which she expressed enthusiasm for her new business.

Chopra began his message by writing, “I am delighted to introduce you to SONA, a new New York restaurant to which I poured my love for Indian cuisine.”

He then explained the concept behind his restaurant and noted that “SONA is the embodiment of timeless India and the flavors I grew up with.”

Purpose set: The actress wrote that she intended to take diners “on a gastronomic journey through my amazing country”.

On the same day, Chopra business partner Maneesh K. Goyal posted a post on his own Instagram account to share his feelings about the soon-to-open restaurant.

The restaurant stressed that SONA was not planned by a specific person and wrote that “Opening a restaurant is safe teamwork.”

He then spoke of Chopra’s dedication to offering a space for his culture to be appreciated, and wrote that “There is no one who personifies better and more courageously“ global Indian ”than Pri”.

Goyal also noted that Chopra was very practical while developing the restaurant concept.

“From the design, to the menu, to the music, even to the name, Priyanka has her fingerprints all over SONA,” she wrote.

Maneesh K. Goyal, Chopra’s business partner, wrote that the actress was heavily involved in the development of the restaurant and wrote in her own Instagram post that “Priyanka has her fingerprints all over SONA.”

In addition to his recent efforts as a restaurant, Chopra currently has several film projects in preparation.

The actress will head the cast of the upcoming romantic drama film Text for You, which will see her starring alongside Outlander star Sam Heughan as well as singer Celine Dion.

The main photograph of the project began in October 2020 and moved to post-production this year.

The figure of the entertainment industry has also been added to the cast of the upcoming Matrix film; its role has not yet been specified.

Although the show was initially set to launch in May this year, it was postponed until December 2022 before rescheduling the release date to December 22 this year.
