· 65 years or older.

· 50 to 64 years of age, with identification proving that you are personal in a K-12 school, a law enforcement officer or a firefighter.

· 18 years of age or older and attest that your doctor recommended you get the vaccine because of your high-risk condition (no documentation required).

· 16-17 years, and must certify that your doctor recommended you receive the vaccine because of your high-risk condition. No documentation or proof is required. A parent or legal guardian is required to accompany you on your appointment to provide your consent.

Over the past three months, the Jackson Health System has vaccinated more than 106,000 members of our community, including Florida residents over the age of 65, as well as 50-64 residents with specific high-risk medical conditions, police officers jurors, K-12 school staff and firefighters.

Jackson will open its online dating portal today at JacksonHealth.org and people who meet the above criteria can get an appointment for tomorrow. Jackson will continue to update the public on the availability of appointments via Twitter and Instagram: @JacksonHealth.

Jackson will also continue to send personalized invitations to existing Jackson patients with certain risk factors and give them the opportunity to register without having to schedule online appointments. Similarly, Jackson also remains committed to working with community partners and religious institutions throughout Miami-Dade County to vaccinate as many eligible people as possible.
