The complicated relationship between Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick has been well documented over the two decades of Keeping Up With The Kardashians on television.
And while the couple hasn’t been an element in years, Disick seemed willing to make a serious engagement to his mother during a new season 20 trailer for the reality show, which will be the E! the last hurray of success.
“Thinking about proposing,” says Scott, who shares three children with Kourtney, through the voice-over as she takes a picture of him relaxing in bed amid the thoughts.

Everything was left for matriarch Kris Jenner on the couch looking at photo albums with the 41-year-old beauty.

The next scene shows Kourtney and Scott in conversation, where Disick urgently tells a surprised Kardashian, “I love you.”
The Kardashian / Jenner family seemed to support the idea of a reconciliation when last season’s KUWTK was filmed last year.

In a previous trailer released in late January, the always gossipy Kim Kardashian is seen spying on her sister.

Scott and Kourtney met in 2006, originally introduced by Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis. They were involved inside and out until 2015.

Things seem to be going well for Disick and his much younger girlfriend, with sources from Us Weekly saying things are getting “pretty serious” between the couple.
