Piers Morgan leaves “Good Morning Britain” in the middle of Meghan’s reaction

Famous TV presenter Piers Morgan left “Good Morning Britain” on Tuesday, just hours after his co-star confronted him over relentless criticism of Meghan Markle.

“After discussions with ITV, Piers Morgan has decided that now is the time to leave Good Morning Britain,” the network said in a statement.

“ITV has accepted this decision and has nothing else to add.”

Morgan, 55, left on Tuesday after his roommate Alex Beresford called him to continue “sweeping” Markle.

“I understand you don’t like Meghan Markle. You’ve made that so clear several times on this show and I understand you had a personal relationship with Meghan Markle and she cut you off, ”Beresford said, before questioning whether Morgan had any personal flesh with the Duchess of Sussex.

“Did he say anything about you after cutting you? He has the right to cut you if he wants. And yet, keep sweeping it. ”

Morgan later explained that he was “upset,” so “he went to cool off a bit and ended the discussion again.”

“I just prefer not to stay there listening to my classmates call me evil,” wrote on Twitter.

Morgan has repeatedly attacked Markle, 39, for sitting down with Oprah Winfrey for a revealing interview that aired Sunday in the U.S. and Monday in the UK.
