Eulalio Cervantes, Sax of the Damn Neighborhood died

Eulalio Cervantes Galarza, better known as “Sax” in The Cursed Neighborhood, died this Sunday at the age of 52, his wife Jessica Franco reported.

“Even today my soul and that of his children feel with great pain, fear and cold; Lalo transcended this earthly plan to take refuge in the arms of the Lord. He begins to enjoy his eternal life to interpret the best heavenly notes for you and for ‘Us the Others’, “Sax’s wife shared in a statement.

Jessica Franco also thanked on behalf of her family for all the displays of affection and support provided over the past few months.

Throughout her post, Sax’s wife thanked him for the displays of support and affection his family has received during these “last months of adversity”.

“Our prayers will shed light on their path to eternity,” Jessica Franco Landero points out at the end of her message.

Likewise, The Cursed Neighborhood shared Sax’s wife’s message via her Twitter account.

Who was Sax, a member of the Cursed Neighborhood?

Sax, whose real name was Eulalio Cervantes Galarza, was distinguished by his mastery of playing the saxophone and for the past three decades has made history in The Cursed Neighborhood, thanks to the style they have achieved by merging genres such as rock, ska, reggae, punk and traditional influences of Mexican music like danzón and bolero.

In the band of Roco, Aldo, Duck, Pacho, Tiki and Lobito, Sax has taken its rate in subjects like “Kumbala”, “Pachuco”, “Don words”, “Dog leg” and “Ashes” by several scenes of the world.
