150 spring people were arrested amid the chaos of the Miami Beach festivities

About 150 people were arrested in Miami Beach over the weekend as a crowd of unruly spring men descended on the city.

The wildest day was celebrated in the party area on Friday, as about 120 people were arrested and two police officers were injured during clashes with partygoers, Local 10 News reported.

“It’s really a tough situation,” Miami Beach Mayor Dan Gelber said of the weekend’s debauchery.

“There are a lot of people who come in and come in with the wrong intentions,” he said, according to another dam report.

The city is under a midnight curfew amid the pandemic.

Officers who were injured had tried to make an arrest when they were attacked, authorities said.

“The crowd ended up lighting up the officers who were there,” Miami Beach police spokesman Ernesto Rodriguez said, according to the report.

Friday’s rallies led police in some areas to deploy pepper balls to disperse the crowd.

Another 30 people were arrested on Saturday.

Gelber, the mayor, warned future aspirants in the spring that more arrests will be made if they continue to disobey the laws.

“If you come here because you think everything is going well, you will have a terrible time. We will arrest you, ”he said.
