TEGUCIGALPA, Honduras.- Although several “ballot box” polls have already proclaimed winners of some of the pre-candidates for the presidency of Honduras, el National Electoral Council (CNE) will not recognize this data and could give it until this Monday afternoon officially.
The CNE computer center is already installed, but data has not begun to be entered into the system to know the official results of the 2021 primary election.

Hondurans are in the expectation to know who the winners are and the delay of the electoral body, which qualifies the process as successful, only adds to the uneasiness of waiting. 20 hours of ballot boxes have already passed and the CNE has not issued a single trend, as has been the case in previous processes.
The scrutiny of ballot boxes began at 6 pm on Sunday and began the return of the material with the respective closing acts, of which not a single one has been entered into official counting system.
