Philadelphia residents living in 22 zip codes identified as unattended in the city’s ongoing vaccination process will be able to go to the Pennsylvania Convention Center and receive their COVID-19 vaccine, the city announced Tuesday.
The initial procedure for these Philadelphians will be extended until Monday, March 22nd.

A day after Pennsylvania announced plans to restore coronavirus restrictions on April 4, Philadelphia’s top health official said he was not yet willing to commit to the same diets as the state.
The city will restart the acceptance of permit applications for large outdoor events, but the city’s Health Commissioner, Dr. Thomas Farley, said he was not yet willing to commit to the same reduction in the COVID-19 restrictions that the state has.
Pennsylvania said it will expand covered food to 75% next month and allow bar service to pubs and restaurants without having to buy food. There will also be a curfew at 11 p.m.
