Jeans, NFL star Deshaun Watson, sued for sexual assault

Jeans star quarterback Deshaun Watson has denied the sexual assault allegations set forth in a lawsuit filed Tuesday.

Tony Buzbee, a Houston-based lawyer representing the alleged victim, told Fox 26 in Texas that Watson was receiving a massage from the unidentified woman when the 25-year-old “went too far.”

Details about the dress were scarce.

Watson rejected the claim on Twitter after Buzbee made a post on social media about the lawsuit.

“As a result of a post on social media from a plaintiff attorney seeking publicity, I recently became aware of a lawsuit that had apparently been filed against me,” Watson wrote. “I have not seen the complaint yet, but I know: I have never treated any woman with the utmost respect. Plaintiff’s attorney claims it’s not money, but before filing a lawsuit he filed a six-figure base lawsuit, which I quickly dismissed. “

Watson added that he hoped to erase his name.

In a lengthy Instagram post, Buzbee said he was “extremely proud to represent those who have no perceived power versus those who have perceived power.”

“This case we just filed against Watson is not about money, it’s about dignity and stopping behavior that should be stopped, NOW!” Buzbee said.

Watson, a three-time Pro Bowl quarterback, has been at the center of trade talks this offseason after requesting a move. The former Clemson star is reportedly unhappy with the team’s process in hiring Nick Caserio as general manager in January.
