Domínguez referred to the case of bank fraud for which Pina pleaded guilty to his involvement in a conspiracy that embezzled Doral Bank for $ 4.1 million by buying a luxury residence in the Palmes de la Mar complex , in Humacao, and for which in 2016 he was sentenced to two years of supervised release, in addition to a fine of $ 150,000, and to perform 250 hours of community service.

Similarly, Don Omar removed from his Facebook account the March 8 post in which he has directly pointed to Pina for “chota”.
