A woman who falsely claimed to have married Pete Davidson was arrested Thursday for a violation at the Staten Island comic book home, sources said.
Michelle Mootreddy first appeared on Annadale’s property of the prankster “SNL” around 3:30 p.m., and knocked on the door, police and sources reported.
Davidson was not home at the time, but his mother responded and told Mootreddy to leave, according to law enforcement sources.
Shortly afterwards, Mootreddy walked along the side of the house and entered through the back door, sources said.
When police showed up, he told them he had “a telepathic love connection” with the 27-year-old entertainer, according to sources.
Police charged Mootreddy with a felony and two counts of harassment. He also received one rape with two rapes, including one for harassment, authorities reported.
Mootreddy is the same woman who sent a fake press release stating that she had married Davidson and set up a production company with him, sources said.
Davidson’s lawyers were forced to submit a statement discrediting the release.
“Not a word is true,” Davidson’s lawyer told Page Six in a statement.
“Mr. Davidson has no idea who this person is. We are investigating and considering all legal and equitable remedies. “
In the fake ad, Mootreddy claimed the two were childhood friends, hooked up and launched Bodega Cats Presents.
On the website of the fake production company, which has since been removed, Mootreddy claims to have graduated from the University of Rochester in 2017 with a degree in political science.
Mootreddy, the site said, started the scam business with Davidson “to increase diversity and belonging to the entertainment industry by curing experiences that have a cultural and social impact.”
A Davidson representative declined to comment on Mootreddy’s introduction, which was first reported by TMZ.
