Arturo Brizio was forceful in explaining the reason why he was fired from Arbitration Commission the lord of the whistle Adalid Maganda, Who even in days gone by manifested outside the Mexican Federation of Soccer a Toluca.

Brizio sees points of improvement in the sibilants
The president of the Referees Commission he pointed out that he is very clear about the points for improvement in the whistles from’ Mexican football.
