Outriders is an always online game that can be played completely alone. Normally, you can’t pause even if you’re alone. But a smart PC player found a way to stop the game with its Nivida GPU.

It’s pretty simple: Outriders supports Features of Ansel de Nivida, allowing you to stop the action and move the camera to get interesting screenshots. So if you need to pause your computer and have the right GPU, just press Alt + F2 and then boom, stop the game.

This only works when played solo. If you have other players in your game, Ansel will still activate, but the action will not stop.

This perfect solution makes me wonder if a proper and legitimate pause feature could be implemented in the main game. This would allow people on the console and those who don’t use Nivida GPUs to have a chance to stop and take a break in the bathroom in the middle of a fight.
