Tefi Valenzuela could be deported from Mexico THE IMPARTIAL

MEXICO CITY.- Tefi Valenzuela expressed his displeasure at how the laws of Mexico favored his aggressor Eleazar Gómez, in his trial for equal family violence.

It was last November 4 when the actor beat and strangled the Peruvian singer, and remained detained in the North Detention Center of Mexico City for four months until March 25 when he was released on parole.

Froylán Díaz, a lawyer who participated in the second instance in the defense of Eleazar, said that after Tefi Valenzuela expressed in networks that he is “disgusted” by the laws of Mexico for this resolution, he could be expelled from the country .

According to an interview with TVNotas, the licensee claims that the laws favored the model and that the rights of his client were violated. He also regretted that the young woman expressed herself like this after Eleazar accepted his guilt and apologized for what had happened.

He explained that after the publication that Tefi made on his networks, she could receive a punishment from Mexican law, describing her as a “person not pleasing to the country” and that would result in her deportation.

However, she thinks this might not happen, as she is the victim and they should not do it outside of Mexico.

He also revealed that Tefi allegedly asked for 300,000 pesos and a van in exchange for granting pardon to Eleazar, but Froylán cannot confirm what has been said, as the request would have been made to the first lawyer of the actor and not to him.

Tefi Valenzuela last week posted a 10-minute video in which he explained with blackboard and pen in hand because he had to accept Eleazar’s parole, specifying that he did not grant her pardon and that he has not received money for the conditional suspension of the process.
