The final stretch of the Guard1anes 2021 MX League tournament is approaching and the club’s management is already planning what will be their ups and downs in the next Opening Championship. In the case of the Chivas de Guadalajara, the high command is even analyzing the continuity of the technical director, Víctor Manuel Vucetich, and the sporting director, Ricardo Peláez.
However, one of the issues that concerns them all has to do with the return of all the footballers that today the Ramat Sagrat has temporarily ceded to other institutions. Jesús Godínez, today in León, is one. Alexis Peña, who has yet to add minutes to the Blue Cross this semester, is another.
In the case of the former, Chuy arrived at Club León in mid-2019, replacing José Juan Macías, who returned to the institution after shining in the Emeralds. Nevertheless, the forward has not been considered by Ignacio Ambriz, and at present he is totally and completely erased of the calls and the first equipment of the Low one.
As far as Guard1anes 2021 is concerned, Godínez has been considered as a starter just once. He has added just 72 minutes in five games and since day 10 he has not re-entered the court. Neither as a starter nor as a substitute.
Sources from Guanajuato say that the board of Club León has no interest in making the pass of the striker, so his return to the Chivas de Guadalajara in the face of the 2021 Opening tournament is practically a fact. Will he stay at the Ramat or will he have to look for a new destination?
