Monster Hunter Rise is Ninjala’s last crossroads, and “Collab Gacha” will also come

GrawHo’s online arena brawler Ninjala was released in June last year as an exclusive free-to-play Switch and has been steadily building a solid fan base in the months since. In January, GungHo celebrated six million downloads, so it’s definitely doing something right. Throughout its five seasons (so far), the game has had several “collabs” (limited time crossovers with other game series) and the most recent collaboration provides Monster Hunter Rise-Thematic avatars, articles and more for the game.

Scheduled to start at On April 27 at 7 p.m., the collaboration will last a month until 6:59 PT on May 26th, the developers posted a tweet and one of their regular videos from the developer diary, which gives a full summary of the thematic items that appear (see below).

Players will be able to put on Monster Hunter Rise-themed armor, escape the Monster Hunter emotes (including “BBQ Success”, “BBQ Fail” and everyone’s favorite “Weapon Sharpening”), and also get IPPON decorations, stickers and a wide variety of game products.

The juiciest of these collab objects, the “styles” of armor, will be linked to a new feature: the psychically called “Collab Gacha”, a gumball machine that will presumably introduce an element of chance in which style you will end up. .

For now, what this collaboration will cost for Monster Hunter fans is a bit unclear. Ninjala’s previous work featured the Puzzles & Dragons series and, perhaps most significantly, Sonic the Hedgehog and Friends. The latter had some really attractive prices if you wanted Sonic cosmetic skins: the amount of Jala (the coin of the Ninjala game) needed to grab the three available skins was £ 48. Gulp!

We can only hope this new team is a little more affordable, but it seems unlikely, right? This word “gacha” usually means that the portfolio is a beating.
