Borderlands 3: Director’s Cut Age Nintendo Switch leaderboards, which only make half sense

Publishing giant Take-Two Interactive Software has been a relatively avid follower of Nintendo Switch, at least once the hardware became the most popular selling console on the market. One of his versions on the system was Legendary Borderlands collection, which included the first two numbered games and The previous sequel; These are three complete games and a lot to get into.

Border lands 3, however, is a different beast; as the latest entry in the series, it will naturally be the hardest to bring to the hybrid console. However, a PEGI rating for Borderlands 3: Director’s Cut (hat tip a Stealth40K for the spot), suggests an upcoming version of Switch.

However, there are a couple of curiosities. The name may suggest a full edition of the game with all the DLC, but it’s Gearbox and Borderlands, so it’s actually only the second part of the game second season pass. Adds a lot of content and fixes for existing versions, but that’s it. You may also notice the rarity of the classification that says it came out today for Switch, which is clearly not accurate; this could be an administrator error sending scores.

This could be an indication that some sort of Borderlands 3 edition will be heading to Switch in the future, and that it would certainly be powered by Nintendo itself as a big deal. Or it could be a mouse cursor when Gearbox requested an age rating in the DLC.

It certainly makes sense for Gearbox and Take Two to take the ship off and bring Borderlands 3 to Switch, although it will be a fair technical challenge. We’ll just have to wait and see if it comes out.
