Virginia police arrested black lieutenant Caron Nazario at Gunpoint and Pepper scattered him through a traffic stop

Windsor, Virginia police fired weapons at a black and black man immediately after luring him to a gas station to stop him, according to camera footage of the December 2020 incident.
