As Serebii.net explains, this code was delivered during the Pokémon Players Cup 3 broadcast. This offer runs until April 12 (also known as tomorrow); so be sure to act quickly. The code you need for this particular item is DREAMB1GPC3. To redeem it, you’ll need to enter the game’s Mystery Gift option in the start menu.
