The interest in the tunnels of the magnate Elon Musk, Owner of Tesla, has reached a new level in the “City of Sin”, after the presentation of the road circuit built below the Las Vegas Convention Center.
The 43-foot-deep work actually consists of several tunnels and allows cars to flow to three different convention center stations. The plan is for the tunnel to be expanded to major Las Vegas attractions to reduce vehicular traffic.
The tunnel is operated by a company called The Boring Company, owned by Elon Musk, the third richest man in the world at the moment according to Forbes. The circuit has the appearance of an amusement park combined with a nightclub.

The project took two years and cost about $ 52 million. It is said that more than 60 performances can circulate at the same time and that about 4,400 people can be transported per hour.
At first the performances are driven by employees, but eventually Tesla car drivers will be able to do so. The big launch is scheduled for June, when the first major expo since the pandemic arrives in Las Vegas, Which will be from construction companies.
If the tunnel helps reduce traffic, the idea of extending the tunnel to get to where Las Vegas International Airport, the new Raiders Stadium, the new arena being built at The Venetian, and other popular sites are located, could receive good acceptance.
It should be mentioned that there is an electric transportation system on the Las Vegas Strip that moves people between major hotels and sights known as the Las Vegas Monorail, which helps avoid traffic jams or endless walks.
