Phil Spencer’s shelf has become a hotbed of discussion over the past week. First, we felt like Hideo Kojima I could be doing something exclusively with Microsoft and now the ultimate goal is the Switch on the top run. We’ve already noticed how Jeff Grubb said “almost everything” is a reference to one thing or another, and Shpeshal Ed, the co-founder of XboxEra, has suggested that the cat is out of the bag.
So what’s up? Does the Nintendo Switch have Xbox Game Pass? He is coming to Master Chief of the Halo series Super Smash Bros. Ultimate? Although no one knows yet, the officer Hello The Instagram account is now gone and the following fan art has been posted (thanks to Nintendo Life’s Slowdive reader above). It is certainly an interesting time.
As you can see, it features Mario as the master boss, Donkey Kong as the “Brutey Kong”, Bowser as the referee, Koopa as the grunt and Peach as Cortana. The work of art itself was made by pikathorchu. Now, of course, Halo and Nintendo fans are wondering what’s going on, and many are wondering if Master Chief is coming to Smash …
It’s worth noting that Halo’s social accounts, including the blog’s official site, share fan art all the time. This “super” play was originally posted by 343 “Snickerdoodle” employees on April 4, at the end of a community post.
“I’m a Nintendo girl forever, so I think I can’t adequately express what I absolutely love about this @pikathorchu piece. It’s all fantastic!”
