San Antonio International Airport, Texas, was closed then reported a shooting on site grounds, the Local Police Department.
Via Twitter, the San Antonio Police Department reported that the closure of the airport was as a measure of caution and so far there is no active threat to the public.
In the same message, security authorities explained that so far no injuries have been reported after the recorded shooting although they have not said where the incident occurred nor did they describe the circumstances.

A police spokesman told AP what there was an “active and open incident” and no other information was available at this time.
An FBI spokeswoman said her agents were assisting San Antonio police, but could not give further details.
