Well, that’s a way to move on.
We’re told Sharon Osbourne didn’t tune in to “The Talk” when she returned Monday after a nearly one-month hiatus occurred after an air exchange over the race broke down.
Former co-host Osbourne had fired during the March shift to demand that her black co-hosts “educate” her about the race after she defended her friend Piers Morgan for alleged racist statements she made about Meghan Markle.
In the new episode, Sheryl Underwood revealed that she experienced PTSD after Osbourne attacked her from the air, while co-host Elaine Welteroth said Osbourne’s statements were “ignored.”
But Osbourne, who left the show after an investigation into the incident, heard nothing about it, we are told.
“It simply came to our notice then. She does not mind. It’s really behind her. That’s not what his life is all about, ”a privileged person told Page Six.
“She is not expected in the shit. There are too many exciting things going on in his life, ”the source said.
But that doesn’t mean Osbourne ends up talking about the race row. In fact, he plans to appear on “Real Time with Bill Maher” on Friday, where, according to the source, he plans to “discuss his ideals” instead of giving a game-by-game “gossip” about the events that ended his concert in “The Talk.”
“She is OK. Bill has gone through the same thing as her, where she was fired for being candid, so she is very happy to go on the show with someone she thinks will be empathetic, ”the source said.
Osbourne will go head-to-head with Maher, who was sent by ABC almost 20 years ago after saying the 9/11 kidnappers were not cowards – at the start of the show.
“The presidents, the prime ministers, the speakers in the house, have been done by senior government officials [that opening segment of the show], so she is very honored to be asked, “the source said.
