Artist Daniel Cortes (@Dannycortoons) has completed a detailed project to represent the entire list of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate in an aesthetic reminiscent of 1930s animation, perhaps better known as the “rubber hose” style, and recently popularized by Studio MDHR platforms, Cuphead.
“After many months and over 120 characters drawn, here are all the #SmashBrosUltimate characters in a style inspired by #Cuphead #Rubberhose # 1930s Cartoon! Everyone is here!” Cortes announced on Twitter. “Thank you so much, guys, for supporting this whole project, I can’t wait to share more in the future!”
The amazing image features over 100 characters, representing the entire list of Nintendo’s popular fighting title, including alternate skins and Mii cosplay characters. From Mario to Jigglypuff, Sans to Solid Snake, Joker to Wii Fit Trainer, “Everyone is Here” in this colorful and lively banner – a real who’s who of the games.
Cortes has indicated that they will update their artwork Super Smash Bros. UltimateThe two remaining DLC characters are finally revealed. In the meantime, enjoy choosing your favorite characters in the full image. Everyone looks great, but I think Wendy O. is my favorite here … or Fox McCloud … or Bayonetta … Or …
