A quick little story that goes online: Konami has recently registered trademarks in Japan for both Castlevania and Metal Gear Rising. At first glance we would assume that the publisher only renews its properties. After all, the two brands have little to do with each other, but they have people who speak independently.
The trademark of Metal Gear Rising is of particular interest given the sudden appearance of these tweets related to Metal Gear, but to think that they are connected is probably a bit extensive.
