Actress Carmen Nydia Velázquez suffered a fall yesterday that caused a fracture and will have to remain in absolute rest, according to her comic partner, also the actor Víctor Alicea.
The comedian joined the Alexandra program on April 12 at 12 with Alicea, coinciding with the addition of half an hour to the space commanded by Alexandra Fonts by Telemundo.
As Epifanio’s interpreter explained, Velázquez “fell like a stick. He hit his shoulder (left)”, but even in spite of the pain, he showed up to work yesterday. She even explained that she had to be assisted to put on the wig of Enriqueta’s character.
“Carmen is a strong woman,” the actor stressed.
After his participation in the production yesterday, he was taken to a hospital in the metropolitan area, where he was diagnosed with a fracture.
“She is taking the pills. They sent her with absolute rest,” Victor said.
