Even before I drive it, I can probably tell you that the 992 generation 911 GTS is a pretty good sports car. It will be comfortable, fast, fun and beautiful, this is a lost conclusion. The GTS is basically a Carrera S with 30 more horsepower and all the luxury options you want to be standard. It’s usually the sweet spot of Porsche training, which offers an extra touch of sportiness without abandoning the comfort and ease of daily use.
The 2022 Porsche Carrera GTS pumps 473 horsepower and 420 pound-feet of torque from a six-liter, 3-liter turbo plane. This is not too far from the GT3 numbers. If you check the lightweight package check box, it also drops 55 pounds from a Carrera S, adding a lightweight lithium-glass battery, removing the rear seat, and mounting carbon cubes in front.. Ever since the GTS was introduced with the 997 generation of this car, which was somehow more than a decade ago, it has been a real value proposition, if you could say something about a 6-digit sports car.
