Former U.S. President Donald Trump attacked his successor over the disorderly exit from Afghanistan, which caused the Taliban to seize most of the country and trigger an evacuation crisis. Trump said Joe Biden had gone on vacation while Afghanistan was going to hell. Faced with the departure of U.S. forces from the war-ravaged nation, Biden had repeatedly said the Afghan army was stronger than the Taliban and had dismissed reports of a quick victory by the extremist group.
