According to Johns Hopkins University, more than 37.9 million cases have been reported in the US, with more than 629,400 deaths reported by the virus. Globally, more than 4.9 billion vaccine doses have been administered, including more than 362 million doses in the US alone.
All over the world, more than 212 million people have been confirmed infected and more than 4.4 million have died, according to Johns Hopkins University. The actual figures are certainly much higher, due to limited evidence, different ways in which nations count the dead, and the deliberate misinformation of some governments.
