Checo Pérez mentioned that when looking for his qualifying lap he thought that world champion Lewis Hamilton was blocking him in his career, but he accepted that this was not the case.
“We were wrong in our strategy, at first I thought Hamilton had blocked me too much, but it wasn’t like that, I was in his right. We were wrong, we’ll be back tomorrow!”, Said Checo Pérez.
