Puerto Rican Jose Berríos threw seven dominant innings and the Toronto Tiles defeated the Tigers 2-1 on Sunday, taking two of three in a series of few runs in Detroit.

Bo Bichette and Kevin Smith homered for Toronto, who won 3-2 on Saturday and lost 2-1 on Friday.

Berríos (9-7) tolerated a dirty run — six hits in seven episodes. Receive 11 strikes without giving tickets.

For the Tiles, Dominicans Vladimir Guerrero Jr. of 4-2; and Teoscar Hernández 5-0. Mexican Alejandro Kirk 3-1. The Cuban Lourdes Gurriel Jr. of 4-1.

Japan’s Yoshi Tsutsugo made a three-run home run in front of Alex Reis ’throw in the ninth inning for the Pittsburgh Pirates to beat St. Louis Cardinals 4-3 on Sunday.

Bryan Reynolds launched the decisive attack by negotiating a passport. After a fine move down the middle Jacob Stallings nearly gave the home side a goal after 29 minutes. The finishing shot went just wide, though.

Five of Tsustugo’s nine hits with the Pirates have been homers. Reis (5-7) has awarded at least one run in four of his last six performances on the mound.

Chris Stratton (5-0) scored the win by punching with a view to the batters he faced at the top of the inning. Pittsburgh managed to split wins in the four-game series, recovering from the 13-0 beating they received Saturday.

For the Pirates, Puerto Rican Michael Perez 1-0, as did the Dominican Wilmer Difo.

For the Cardinals, Puerto Rican Yadier Molina 4-0. The Panamanian Edmundo Sosa 2-1.

Cuban Jorge Soler and Austin Riley connected on two homers to Anthony DeSclafani, Ian Anderson threw in the sixth inning on his return from the injured list and the Atlanta Braves whitewashed the San Francisco Giants 9-0 on Sunday .

Soler began the attack of the fourth entrance with his 20 vuelacercas, a batazo that went to give to the tribunes to the bottom of left garden. Freddie Freeman kept the home side in the game with a magnificent save when Riley delivered an almost perfect free kick to the far post.

The Giants, with the best record in Major Leagues, had won 15 of their last 19 games. They came to the meeting with a two-game lead over the Los Angeles Dodgers in the Western Division of the National.

Atlanta had lost three of four after a streak of nine straight wins. He started the day leading by 4.5 games in the division.

For the Braves, the Cubans Soler 4-2 with a pair of goals and a push, and Guillermo Heredia 1-1 with a goal. The boricua Rosary of 4-2 with two pushes.

For the Giants, the Venezuelan Wilmer Flowers 4-1.
