Former Honduran MP Juan Antonio “Tony” Hernandez will serve his sentence in Victorville Prison California.

Victorville Prison is located in Victorville County San Bernardino and is considered a maximum security prison. In March 2021, the former Honduran congressman was sentenced to life imprisonment to be convicted of trafficking in drugs.
Hernandez participated in the import of at least 185,000 kilograms of cocaine in the United States and secured millions of dollars in bribes to Honduran officials, prosecutors concluded.
