Check in with your child to see how you can help foster lifelong habits that they can turn to when they are stressed or overwhelmed. Make a list of activities that give them joy and / or a sense of calm. Have the list on hand when you need to refer to it for self-care time! “They also share”Multilayer fabric masks block the release of respiratory droplets exhaled into the environment, along with microorganisms (such as the COVID virus) that carry these droplets. Cloth masks not only effectively block most large drops (i.e., 20 to 30 microns and more), but they can also block the exhalation of fine droplets and particles smaller than 10 microns. ” Learn more about how masks slow down the spread COVID-19 here.
