In that first public speech, Omar Franco stated that he is visiting Miami with his wife, and that the decision on whether to stay in the United States for good is still “to come.”

“I’ve been visiting Miami for a month now, where we came to visit our son, who is also the only one we have,” he said.

The comedian clarified that to justify his absence from the program “Viure de l’Conte” in Cuba he applied for a license until almost the end of the year.
