In the Third Government Report of President López Obrador, it is indicated that from September 1, 2020 to June 30 of this year, according to the Register of Sanctioned Public Servants, 227 administrative liability files were received, of which 122 proceedings were concluded, which meant imposing 43 sanctions.
The SFP indicates that according to the information registered in the Integral System of Administrative Responsibilities (SIRA), 9 thousand 082 files of administrative liability procedures, Of which 5 thousand 800 were resolved.
With regard to the System of Internal and External Alert Citizens of Corruption, the SFP has indicated that from July 25, 2019 to June 30, 2021, 5,395 alerts were received, of which 3,753 they were determined as incompetents; 840 are in the process of construction with alerting people or requesting information to other areas of the SFP and / or dependencies of the APF; while 747 were referred for investigation (62 concluded by investigating authorities and four in substantiation) and 55 are in the process of analysis.
The civil service has detailed that from September 1 last year to June 30, 2021, 874 alerts have been received, of which 259 were determined as “incompetence”; 566 are in the process of construction with alerting people or requesting information to other areas of the SFP and / or dependencies of the APF; while 47 are under investigation and two were concluded by investigating authorities.
“Between October 2020 and June 2021 protection measures have been implemented in 13 cases, which have ensured the occupational and psychosocial integrity of alert people; in nine cases are requested and three in the process of ‘implementation,’ he points out.
