Holy Sunday. – The calendar and logo of the Caribbean Series Santo Domingo 2022 was revealed on Wednesday night by the Organizing Committee of the event during a crowded launch ceremony held at the Eugenio María de Hostos Park, located in the well-known dock of the Primate City of America.
The Mayor of Santo Domingo, Carolina Mejía, the General Manager of the Reserve Bank, Samuel Pereyra; the Minister of Sports, Francisco Camacho; the Commissioner of the Confederation of Professional Baseball of the Caribbean (CBPC), Juan Francisco Puello Herrera, and the president of the League of Professional Baseball of the Dominican Republic (LIDOM), Vitelio Mejía Ortiz, led the activity in which they went give details regarding the classic Caribbean and which was led by communicator Pamela Sued.
The Caribbean Series will take place at the iconic Quisqueya Juan Marichal Stadium from January 28 to February 3 next year, with the participation of the champion teams of the leagues of Mexico, Venezuela, Puerto Rico , Panama, Colombia and the Dominican Republic host.

The schedule unveiled this Wednesday features 15 games in the preliminary round, five for each team, and three matches in the semifinal and final stages for a total of 18 games.
